Patent Litigation Levels Slightly Declined Again in 2017

Despite a slight decline in patent litigation in 2017, the volume of patent suits remained higher than pre-2012 levels. 

The Eastern District of Texas continued to be the busiest venue for patent infringement cases in 2017 with Delaware a close second.
